NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-4121, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-76, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-76 is the Plaintiff and Greg T. Cheffer,, et.al., are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 21 day of January, 2014, on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Fl 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, TURNBURY, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 62 and 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
