NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non Jury Trial of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-002621-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby at the courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 21 day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK B, UNIT 2, WESTLAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
