NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12CA03741 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Terrace I at Heritage Bay Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Joseph C. Crimaldi is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 2 day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 616, OF TERRACE 1 AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL BOOK 4110, PAGE 1231, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10265 Heritage Bay Boulevard, Unit 616, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
