NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 3, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-004200 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Parcel One: The South 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, less 30 feet on the South side and 30 feet on the West side for road right of way. Parcel Two: The North 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
