NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 3, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004205 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Family Unit No. 24, BISCAYNE APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 551, at Page(s)629 through 657, inclusive, and the corrective Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 560, at Pages 13 and 14, both of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with all appurtenances to the unit including the undivided share of common elements and limited common elements reserved for each unit therein.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
