NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-8620 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF LXS 2007-7N TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES REDIC N/K/A CAROL REDIC, JAMES REDIC, TENANT #4, TENANT #5, TENANT #6, TENANT #7, TENANT #8, TENANT #3 N/K/A JOSE JIMENES, TENANT #2 N/K/A JUAN DEL PRADO, TENANT #1 N/K/A MAURICIO BENITES, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2 day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block B, Sabal Shores, According to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 37, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
