NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000483 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Milano Section II Residents' Association, Inc., Comerica Bank, a Texas banking association, David A. Howell, Liberty Bank, FSB, Milano Recreation Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Julio Perez, Tenant # 2 also known as Odalys Perez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 208, MILANO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
