Lahey-Knupp a/k/a Nicole Lahey-Knupp a/k/a Nicole Lahey, Lakeside Gardens Condominium A Condominium Association, Inc., Regions Bank, as successor by merger to AmSouth Bank, Steve Moriconi, Tenant # 1 N/K/A PATRICIA NEWTON, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Nicole Marie Lahey-Knupp also known as Nicole M. Lahey-Knupp a/k/a Nicole Lahey-Knupp a/k/a Nicole Lahey, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
