NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-001654, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARY A. HOUSER, DECEASED; FRANCIS X. HOUSER, JR.; RICHARD JAMES HOUSER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DISCOVER BANK; SOUTHWIND APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Third Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
THE DOLPHIN HOUSE, UNIT NO. 6, SITUATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE DOLPHIN HOUSE APARTMENT BUILDING OF SOUTHWIND APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 15 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SOUTHWIND APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 368 AT PAGE 502, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED ONE EIGHTIETH INTEREST IN COMMON IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND/OR THE COMMON PROPERTY OF SAID SOUTHWIND APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND CONDOMINIUM.

.If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
