NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 4, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA0009220001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9 is Plaintiff and LINDAA. CURZI, GLEN EAGLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC, GLENMOOR GREENS II, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6 day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit L102, Glenmoor Greens II, a Condominium according to the declaration thereof, recorded in official records Book 2290, Pages 961 through 1042, as amended by the amendments thereto recorded in official records Book 2304, page 2759 and official records Book 2349, Page 2082, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the proportionate share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly described in said declaration. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
