NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-000625-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County's Public Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of January , 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND, SITUATE IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA VIZ:
