NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-2283-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Catherine Long; Richard Long; Lakeside Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, LAKESIDE PHASE 1A, 2A & 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 27 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
