NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and to an order on plaintiff's motion to reset judicial sale, and issue re-notice of sale, docketed November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 004169 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GOLDMAN SACHS MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff and LARRY W. SANDERS is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose at 9:00AM on the 31st day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 346, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 3524 Papai Drive, Sarasota, FL 34232
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
