NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 000209 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and LISA D. WALKER, STONEYWOOD COVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA D WALKER A/K/A LISA WALKER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of January, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3103, Stoneywood Cove, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 36, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
