NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-004847 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARGARET D KRUGER; LAWRENCE O'CONNOR; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; THE VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; VENICE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB #1, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
