The Villas of Chestnut Creek Owners Association, Inc.
At a properly called Board of Directors' meeting, held at 2:00 p.m., at the Jacaranda Public Library, Venice, Florida on March 17, 2011, The Villas of Chestnut Creek Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”), through its Board of Directors took action to ensure that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for The Villas of Chestnut Creek, a subdivision, recorded in Official Records Book 1771, Page 2054, et seq., of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, currently burdening the property of each and every member of the Association, retains its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association has caused the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in Instrument #2013159565 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida on November 27, 2013. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding official records of the Association.
