NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure signed December 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-21928-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE LUNCAN, A SINGLE MAN; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A RANDY LANGE RESIDING AT 2063 S CRANBERRY BLVD, NORTH PORT, FL 34286 AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” N/K/A STEPHANIE LUNCAN RESIDING AT 2063 S CRANBERRY BLVD, NORTH PORT, FL 34286, are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash All Judicial Foreclosure Sales are held online via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10)., at 9:00 AM EST on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 BLOCK 425 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUB. A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGE 21, 21A-21S OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
