NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 9th day of January 2014 at 9am online at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOTS 31 AND 32, less that portion of said LOTS described as follows: Commence at the N.W. corner of Lot 32, TWIN OAK SUBDIBISION, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 34, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence S 0 degrees 15' E., 142.00' to the S.W. Corner of LOT 31 of said subdivision thence N. 89 degrees 47' E. along the S. line of said Lot 31, 38.52' for a Point of Beginning; thence N. 0 degrees 15' W., 53.00' thence N. 89 degrees 47' E., 10.48' thence N. 59 degrees 37' E., 30.00'; thence N.2 degrees 14' 40” E., 52.25' to the Point of Intersection with the Westerly right of way line of Winding Way East (50' Wide); thence S. 33 degrees 51' E., along said right of way, 144.47' to the S. E. corner of said Lot 31, thence S. 89 degrees 47' W. along the South line of said Lot 31 118.58' to the Point of Beginning; being part of LOTS 31 and 32, TWIN OAK POND SUBDIVISION.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
