RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019549 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MARIE B. ROLLO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
UNIT No. 33, LUCAYA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, formerly known as LUCAYA COUNTY CLUB VILLAS SECTION 7, a Condominium according to the Declaration of a Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 851, Page 850, and as amended and Certificate of Merger recorded in O.R. Book 2359, Page 894 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 15 through 15B, all of the public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with any and all amendments to the declaration and any undivided interest in the common elements or appurtenances thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
