NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed December 4, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-005045, DIVISION: G, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff, and NATALIE VACCA; CHRISTOHER BRYAN GEORGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER BRYAN GEORGE ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATALIE VACCA; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; TENANT #2; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 3 day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 43 AND 44, BLOCK 2588 OF CAPE CORAL, UNIT 37, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 15 THORUGH 29, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 126 NW 3RD AVENUE, CAPE CORAL S, FL 33993.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
