Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056480, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-HE1, is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM H. MEEKS, UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a CRAIG MEEKS, and ALLY FINANCIAL, INC., are the Defendants.
The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on January 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 25 EAST, AS RECORDED IN OR. 2359 PG 1015, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
