Myers, Florida, the office of Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 24 day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK 11, TOWN OF ALVA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 10, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
