SHAH; VILLAGE CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE AS D. SHAH WINKLER AVENUE TRUST NUMBER 4 ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAKSHA SHAH; METRO PARK ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on this 6 day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
