NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 5, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-055105 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on 6 day of January, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 5, Block 15, Unit 31, Leeland Heights, Section 32, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 126, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
