NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed December 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-054939 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR5, Plaintiff and James Waugh and Lori Waugh, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 113.00' WEST 416.00' OF THE N 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY OVER THE WEST 30', SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORDS.
