NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed December 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-054939 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR5, Plaintiff and James Waugh and Lori Waugh, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
