SMITH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 3 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
