NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, filed December 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-053344 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 23 day of January, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 517, SAN CARLOS ESTATES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 557, PAGES 354 AND 355, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
