Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit Number 5-C of OSTEGO BAY II CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Official Record Book 2657, Page 92, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration. At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on January 6, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
