NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed December 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051288 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Maria Mercedes Pupo a/k/a Maria M. Pupo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5 & 6, BLOCK 2494, UNIT 36/PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 87 THROUGH 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
