A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER SAGO POINTE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1506, BUILDING 15, PHASE 1, SAGO POINTE SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3641, PAGE 3762, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
