B, BUILDING 12628, OF SUNSET POINTE AT FORT MYERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000130418, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
