Mancuso, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 29, HIDDEN ACRES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 71 AND 72 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
