NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed DEC 05, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050447 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Noeme Caraballo also known as Noeme Caraballo-Mejias, Bank of America, N. A., East Greens Condominium, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Noeme Caraballo also known as Noeme Caraballo-Mejias are defendant, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 6 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. A, UNIT F, IN EAST GREENS CONDOMINIUM, INC., ACONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, ASRECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 833, PAGE 631; AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 194,AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THECOMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE ANAPPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEINGRECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
