NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 05, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052645 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Doyal M. Peddycoart also known as Doyal Peddycoart, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, James P. Peddycoart also known as James Peddycoart, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Patricia J. Peddycoart also known as Patricia Peddycoart, deceased, The Unknown Spouse of Doyal M. Peddycoart also known as Doyal Peddycoart are defendant, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 3 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 20 OF LITTLE GROVES SUBDIVISION, UNIT A,EAST 66 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 67.5 FEET, NORTH 131.5 FEET, WEST 67.5 FEET, SOUTH 131.5 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGE 11 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LAND BEING LOCATED IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST.
