CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA5, is the Plaintiff and Donald B. Macaulay, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00am on the 3 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
