NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052877, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and DIONISIO RODRIGUEZ; GLORIA RODRIGUEZ; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 6 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 8, ADDITION TWO, SECTIONS 5 AND 6, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 148 THROUGH 151, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
