FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ANDREW LAFORCE; TODD NEUHAUS; DAVID MADDI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TODD NEUHAUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW LAFORCE; ENCLAVE AT CYPRESS LAKE CONDOINUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 6 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 1, ENCLAVE AT CYPRESS LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTR. NO. 2006-000022259, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
