NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014432, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUST ADMINISTRATOR, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-10 is the Plaintiff KEVIN B. MERRILL; BLOOMINGDALE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANITA KING; SELENA D MILES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, BLOOMINGDALE HILLS, SECTION A, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
