LOT 15 AND THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 2, BLOCK 20, AVON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 7306 N Central Avenue, Tampa, FL 33604, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on JANUARY 8, 2014, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
