NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of October, 2012, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 13-CA-001625 Div., the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block 6, BOYETTE SPRINGS SECTION A, UNIT 3, PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 32, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
