Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AHL3 , is the Plaintiff and Allen Wendling, Nicholas Polefrone, As Assignee of Defendant, Jamie A. Rand, John Doe (Refused Name), Iglesia Pentecostal Ebenezer, Inc. Sam 7:12, Grace Wendling, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
