TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS CREATED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4606, PAGE 1182; TOGETHER WITH SUPPLEMENTAL RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4991, PAGE 366, AND AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Kahane & Associates, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 8201 Peters Road, Ste. 3000, Plantation, FLORIDA 33324 on or before December 16, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
