and commonly known as: 12208 BEGIN DR, RIVERVIEW, FL 33579; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 14, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
