FLORIDA. LESS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13, RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 13 80.00 FEET, THENCE ON STRAIGHT LINE SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 12, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 12 70.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 12, THENCE EASTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
