NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 03, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-004111 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SUSAN C. MULLINS A/K/A SUSAN CAROLYN MULLINS A/K/A SUSAN MULLINS OVERMAN; TENANT #1 N/K/A PAMELA MAHROUCH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MOHAMMED MAHROUCH are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/22/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL OF LOT 7, THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 8, LOT 6, LESS THE NORTH 140 FEET, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 5, LESS THE NORTH 140 FEET OF GILBERTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
