Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 27, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2, SUGARWOOD GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA., TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
A TRACT DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 17, BLOCK 2, OF SUGARWOOD GROVE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE N 89 DEGREES 44'07.5” EAST, 45.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 15'52” WEST, 21.35 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 64 DEGREES 21' 27” WEST, 49.81 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 5512 FULMAR DR., TAMPA, FL 33625; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 15, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
