NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013458 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and Mary R. Meeker Zayas also known as Mary R. M. Zayas, Hunter's Green Community Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Coldwell Banker Home Loans, Parkside Neighborhood Association of Hunter's Green, Inc., Raoul E. Zayas, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Mary R. Meeker Zayas also known as Mary R. M. Zayas, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
