N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE ELLINGTON LOAN ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and BILLY RAY CATHEY A/K/A BILLY R. CATHY, JR.; RACHEL CATHEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A LISA CATHEY are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
