Lots 16 and 18, Block 37, SUN CITY, as per the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 21, Public Records of Hillborough County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2008 HOMES OF MERIT MANUFACTURED HOME, SERIAL NUMBER: FL260-000-H-B553567A/B.
