NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-015003 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON is Plaintiff and DAMARIS MAYAS a/k/a DEMARIS MAYAS, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on January 15, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
